Airpark Cahors is situated in one of the most rural parts of France. It is located near the medieval city of Cahors which is the capital of the department the Lot (department 46), the vineyards along the river Lot and Lalbenque, known for its delicious truffles. The small village Lalbenque is only a few minutes’ drive away. The surroundings are beautiful. The Airpark will give private pilots, who own their own airplane, the possibility to park their plane in their hangar near their own house. In the airpark they will find other pilots who have the same dream and share their enthusiasm.
The Airpark will consist of about 20 houses, each on a lot of 1500 to 2500 m2. Enough to build a house, a swimming pool and a hangar on the bigger ones. The house and hangar will be connected directly to the airstrip by a taxiway and connected to the entrance of the park by a separate road for automobiles. Every parcel will have access to the main road and the taxiway. The parcel will be connected to electricity, water and a telephone line. All you can wish for within reach. Explore the typical French countryside with its famous vineyards or visit the historical city of Cahors, Bordeaux or Toulouse. In the old villages around the park the medieval times still show their marks. Enjoy a luxurious life with beautiful nature and delicious local food.

The Airpark will give private pilots the possibility to park their plane in their hangar near their own house. In the airpark they will find other pilots who have the same dream and share their enthusiasm. We received the permit to start our project from the proper authorities. The preliminary planning for the Airpark is that it will consist about 20 houses and hangers just adjacent of the runway. At this moment we are looking for launching customers whom we can offer the plots at a lower price per m2. We can only offer this to our first customers.
